the first chapter general rules
Article 1 (purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe matters concerning the use of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided on the Internet homepage operated by Gimpo Woori Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "hospital"). Article 2 (Definitions) ① User (member): This refers to a person who logs into the Internet homepage and receives services provided by the hospital under these terms and conditions. ② Operator: Person selected by the hospital for the overall management and smooth operation of the service ③ Linked site: A website that is connected to the homepage by hyperlink (the target of hyperlink includes text, suspension, and fairy tale). ④ Personal information: Information that can identify a specific individual by matters such as name, social security number, etc. included in the information (including information that can be easily combined with other information even if the information alone cannot recognize a specific individual). ⑤ Termination: The user cancels the use contract after the service is opened Article 3 (Post and change of terms and conditions) ① The hospital posts the contents of these terms and conditions, company name, hospital location, e-mail address, etc. on its website so that users can understand them. ② If there are unavoidable circumstances, the hospital may revise these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations. ③ When the hospital revises the terms and conditions, it specifies the date of application and the reason for revision and announces them on the service screen along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days prior to the date of application until the day before the date of application. ④ Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations or commercial practices. Article 4 (Service contents and changes) ① The hospital provides the following services. 1. Information on the hospital’s medical staff and treatment schedule 2. Various reservation services provided through hospitals or connected sites 3. Health information provided by the hospital 4. Other services determined by the hospital ② If there are unavoidable circumstances, the hospital may change the content of the service provided. In this case, the content of the changed service and the date of provision will be specified and announced 7 days prior to the provision date. ③ The hospital will not compensate users for any damages suffered due to changes in service content. However, this does not apply if there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hospital. Article 5 (Service interruption) ① The hospital may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance inspection, replacement or breakdown of devices such as systems, interruption of communication, or other force majeure. ② The hospital will not compensate for damages suffered by users or third parties due to temporary suspension of service provision for the reasons set forth in paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the hospital.the second chapter Member registration and withdrawal
Article 6 (Membership Registration) ① Users apply for membership by filling out their membership information in the form set by the hospital and then expressing their intention to agree to these terms and conditions. ② The hospital registers users who have applied to become members as described in the preceding paragraph as members unless they fall under any of the following items. 1. If the applicant has previously lost membership pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 2 of these Terms and Conditions 2. If there are false information, omissions, or errors in the registration information. 3. If it is determined that registering as a member will significantly impede the hospital's technical or business performance. ③ The membership contract is established when the hospital approves it. ④ If there is a change in registration information, the member must immediately notify the hospital of the change by e-mail or other means. Article 7 (Withdrawal of membership and loss of qualification, etc.) ① Members may request withdrawal from the hospital at any time, and the hospital will immediately process membership withdrawal. However, a request for withdrawal must be made through the website or by phone, and the name, phone number, reason for cancellation, etc. of the person making the request must be entered. ② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the hospital may revoke membership. 1. If false information is registered when applying for registration 2. In case of threatening order, such as interfering with other people's use of the service or stealing information. 3. Selling unverified false information or other unauthorized items within the hospital 4. When using the hospital as a place for unauthorized medical treatment or propaganda for medical treatment. 5. In case of interference with website operation, such as changing information provided within the hospital 6. When using the hospital to commit an act prohibited by the law or these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals. 7. In case of violation of these terms and conditions 8. In other cases where it is deemed inappropriate to continue membership. Article 8 (Notification to members) ① When notifying members, the hospital may do so using the e-mail address or phone number provided by the member to the hospital. ② In the case of notification to an unspecified number of members, the hospital may substitute individual notification by posting on the bulletin board. Article 9 (Application and establishment of medical treatment reservation) ① Users apply for a medical appointment on the website using the following method. 1. Enter ID, password, name, address, phone number where you can reply, and email address. 2. Select medical staff, department, and reservation date 3. Indication of agreement to these terms and conditions ② The hospital will accept the reservation request under Paragraph 1 unless any of the following reasons apply. 1. If there are false information, omissions, or errors in the application details. 2. In cases where it is judged that accepting other reservation requests would result in significant technical difficulties. ③ The hospital accepts reservations through a return call from the telephone reservation center.the third chapter Limitation of Service Liability
Article 10 (Health-related Information Provision Service) ① The health-related information provided by the hospital is sketchy and general and is only a specific person's opinion and cannot in any case replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or treatment. ② The hospital does not warrant any specific tests, products or treatments mentioned in the health-related information service. ③ The health-related information provided by the hospital is used entirely at the user's judgment, and the hospital is not responsible for providing health-related information. Article 11 (Relationship between hospitals and connecting sites) Hospitals are not liable for any guarantees regarding transactions made with users by the goods, services, or services provided independently by the linked site.the Fourth chapter Obligations of Hospitals and Users
Article 12 (Duty of Hospital) ① The hospital does not engage in acts prohibited or contrary to public morals by laws and these terms and conditions, and does its best to provide services continuously and stably as prescribed by these terms and conditions. ② Hospitals do their best to secure users' information by taking technical safety measures and making every effort to manage personal information, including users' credit information. ③ Hospitals contribute to the development of the Internet business by maximizing customer satisfaction by providing quality services through fair and sound operation and continuous research and development. ④ Hospitals do not send advertising e-mails for commercial purposes that users do not want. Article 13 (Obligation of user ID and password) ① Users must use their ID and password when they use the hospital. ② The user is responsible for all management regarding ID and password. ③ Users should not allow third parties to use their ID and password. ④ All responsibilities for poor management of the user's ID and password are borne by the user. ⑤ Users should notify the hospital immediately if their ID and password are stolen or are recognized to be used by a third party, and if there is any guidance from the hospital, they should follow it. Article 14 (Obligation of Users) ① The user shall not. 1. Registration of false information at the time of application or change 2. Changes to information posted to the hospital 3. Transmission or publication of information other than those prescribed by the hospital (computer program, etc.) 4. Infringement of intellectual property rights, such as copyrights of hospitals and other third parties 5. Any act that damages the reputation of a hospital or other third party or interferes with the work 6. Disclosure or posting of obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information contrary to public order and morals to hospitals 7. Acts of providing or mediating health care and counseling to other users 8. the act of propagating the treatment of a third party 9. the act of selling or arranging the sale of goods 10. Other acts deemed inappropriate ② Where information referred to in each subparagraph of the preceding paragraph or other information deemed inappropriate for the operation of the site is posted on the website or posted in a place linked to the site, the hospital may delete the information posted on the website or disconnect the link without the consent of the person who posted the user or other information. Article 15 (Restriction on the Attribution and Use of Copyright) ① The hospital attributes copyright and other intellectual property rights to the works it has created. ② The user shall not use the information obtained by using the website for profit or make it available to a third party by reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting or other methods without prior consent from the hospital. Article 16 (Dispute Resolution) ① Disputes concerning the use of the service arising except as provided for in this Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by bilateral agreement as much as possible. ② If users have complaints or want to express their opinions regarding the use of the website, they can submit their complaints or opinions about the website by e-mail. ③ If the hospital deems that the complaints and opinions submitted by the user are justified, it shall take care of the complaints first: Provided, That if it is difficult to expedite the process, the user shall be notified immediately of the reason and the processing schedule. Article 17 (Judicial power and governing law) ① A lawsuit regarding a dispute arising from the use of the service between the hospital and the user shall be the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. ② Korean law applies to electronic transaction lawsuits filed between hospitals and users
